Harbor House

Harbor House was one of the first condominium developments built after Hurricane Frederick. It was finished in 1980, and offers some of the best views in Gulf Shores from the beachfront units. There are only three stories and 36 residences, so Harbor House is very low density. Owners and guests enjoy assigned covered parking, an outdoor pool, and a grilling area. It's pet-friendly for owners. The location couldn't be any better, with great restaurants and shopping within walking distance.  Harbor House is also walking distance from the main public beach, where the National Shrimp Festival and Hangout Music Fest are held. Short-term and long-term rentals are permissible.
