
In February of 2020, our market saw the total number of properties sold increase, as well as an increase in sales price. Baldwin REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reports February’s median sales price for the resort area increased to $367,875, compared to $358,750 in 2019. February’s median sales price for traditional residential properties increased to $225,900, compared to $205,000 in 2019.
The average days of market increased slightly over February of 2019, with properties spending 99 days in active status for the resort area. For traditional properties, the number decreased slightly, with 89 days in active status compared to 94 days in February of 2019.
